ScheduleItch
Terms of Service
Effective date: October 29, 2026
These Terms describe the conditions for authorized use of ScheduleItch, an individually owned and operated workforce scheduling service based in South Carolina, United States. ScheduleItch is currently in an internal-use and limited operational stage.
1. When these Terms apply
Publishing these Terms does not by itself establish that an employer, employee, or other person has accepted a contract. These Terms apply when they are separately accepted, incorporated into an agreement, or otherwise made binding under applicable law. An organization may also establish additional workplace policies for its users.
2. The service
ScheduleItch provides tools for workforce availability, scheduling, employee and department management, day-off workflows, reports, audit history, operational analysis, exports, and related coordination. Features may vary by organization, department, permission, and environment.
ScheduleItch supports operational decisions but does not replace professional judgment, employer policies, legal compliance, clinical judgment, certified aviation planning, emergency procedures, or other authoritative systems.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- Accounts may be used only by the person to whom they are assigned and for an organization that has authorized that access.
- Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and secure links, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to their organization administrator.
- Organizations are responsible for deciding who may use the service, assigning appropriate permissions, removing access when no longer needed, and ensuring that use by employees or minors is lawful.
- Users may not use another person’s account or attempt to bypass organization, department, or feature restrictions.
4. Authorized organizational use
Organizations may use ScheduleItch for their legitimate workforce and operational purposes. They are responsible for the legality and accuracy of information submitted to the service, providing required notices to personnel, configuring access appropriately, and reviewing schedules and decisions before relying on them.
Managers and administrators must use elevated access only within their authorized scope. System Administrator tools, including View As, must not be used to conceal the actual actor or exceed the selected employee’s permitted scope.
5. Acceptable use
Users may not:
- Access another organization’s information or data they are not authorized to view.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent security or access controls except as permitted by law and written authorization.
- Upload malware, unlawful content, unnecessary patient records, credentials, or information the applicable feature is not designed to process.
- Use the service to harass, discriminate, violate privacy or employment law, or make unlawful scheduling decisions.
- Misrepresent generated estimates, reports, or operational analysis as a certification, guaranteed outcome, or official clearance.
6. Scheduling and operational responsibility
The organization and its authorized personnel remain responsible for schedules, staffing levels, assignments, qualifications, approvals, employee communications, regulatory compliance, and operational decisions. Users must verify important information and maintain appropriate contingency procedures. ScheduleItch does not employ the organization’s personnel and does not make employment decisions on the organization’s behalf.
7. Data ownership and permitted processing
As between ScheduleItch and the organization, the organization retains its rights in workforce and operational data it provides. Individual rights in personal information remain subject to applicable law. The organization authorizes ScheduleItch to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and back up that data only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and comply with law.
Organizations are responsible for maintaining their own records when required and for requesting exports before access ends. The Privacy Policy provides additional information about data handling.
8. ScheduleItch intellectual property
ScheduleItch and its software, interfaces, documentation, branding, and original content are owned by the ScheduleItch operator or applicable licensors. Authorized users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the organization’s approved internal purposes. No ownership of the service is transferred.
9. Third-party services
The service depends on third-party hosting, authentication, database, email, weather, mapping, geocoding, and public-data services. Their availability, data, and terms may affect ScheduleItch. ScheduleItch is not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
10. Availability, changes, and maintenance
ScheduleItch is in an internal-use and limited operational stage. Features may be corrected, changed, suspended, or discontinued, and maintenance or outages may occur. No service-level commitment is made unless stated in a separate written agreement. Organizations should maintain outage procedures and verify emergency exports or other recovery materials appropriate to their operations.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, investigate misuse, comply with law, address security risk, or respond to the authorizing organization. An organization may also request removal of its users. Where practical, ScheduleItch will work with the organization to address the issue and preserve lawful access to organizational data.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScheduleItch is provided “as is” and “as available.” No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every legal, employment, clinical, aviation, emergency, or operational requirement. Estimates and analysis are informational aids and must be independently reviewed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScheduleItch and its individual operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill, or data, arising from use of or inability to use the service. Any direct liability will be limited as permitted by law and any applicable written agreement.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to applicable law. Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the issue informally. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in South Carolina unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms may be updated as the service and its legal or commercial arrangements develop. The effective date above will identify the current published version. Material changes may be communicated through the service or the relevant organization. Separate acceptance will be obtained when required by law or agreement.
